I had a fantastic experience with Sure Electric from my very 1st interaction with the company. Andrew was more responsive than I could have imagined, providing me quotes and an estimate using pictures and video I shared with him. He was patient and thorough in his questions and answers. Johnny and Zack came to do the job on time (they were actually early) and were ready to go promptly at the quoted time. Spent time scoping the area, didn't rush to get started or to finish the job. They made sure they did it right, and they did it clean. Spent the time to explain what they did and their methodology behind the decisions they made. They were not the most expensive or the cheapest quote that I got, but they were the best value I believe. I will definitely be using them again, and recommending them to others. Keep up the good work guys!

Needed a Tesla charger installed on a maxed out home panel, long ways away from the basement to the outside. Honest and to the point, pricing was great, timing and efficiency was incredible and the job was well done. Sure Electric crew went above and beyond their service, and I highly recommend them.

Johnny came to our house today to install a panel for our roll out generator. He was professional, efficient and quite clearly a perfectionist. We will definitely use this company in the future. We originally did business with them thru our home warranty for our whole house fan-we had them give us an estimate for the panel while they were here-it was the best price. Overall a great experience. Even though my name is Karen at no point did I feel the need to call the manager.

Technician was prompt in his arrival. Good communication relative to issues and questions about the installation and placement of the inlet for a generator. Very prompt service, clean and had patience with questions and with the test. Would definitely recommend sure electric to anyone.

Installed conduit and outlet for car charging. Work was done very neatly and carefully, including removing/re-installing ceiling sheetrock. Pricing was very competitive.

Extremely satisfied and happy with Sure Electric. Got back to me with a quote within a day and very prompt to follow up and respond. Outlet was finished and within an hour of technicians leaving, received a call from Sure Electric for scheduling an inspection with my town.
